  7. Use a volt ohmmeter to check the fuel pressure within the fuel pressure sensor. The voltage reading must be 5 volts. If this test is successful, test the ground wire.
  8. If the fuel pressure is normal, use an oscilloscope to test the wiring and connector of the sensor.
  9. If your fuel rail pressure sensor is clogged, then clean it.
  10. If the fuel pressure is bad, replace it with the new one.
